Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce se bude zabývat tresty v České republice na teoretické a výzkumné úrovni. V teoretické části se budu zabývat trestem, jeho vývojem, vězeňstvím jako institucí a alternativními tresty v České republice. V praktické části budu provádět kvalitativní výzkum, s cílem zjistit, jaký je postoj respondentů k možným alternativním trestům v České republice.
Abstract:
The theme of my bachelor work is punishments in the Czech Republic in the theoretic level as well as through a research. In the theoretical part I am developing topics of the sentence, its development, prison system as an institution and alternative punishments in the Czech Republic.
