Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma přeshraniční spolupráce. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V první a druhé části je zachycen všeobecný teoretický rámec přeshraniční spolupráce spolu s legislativou Evropské unie, České a Slovenské republiky. This bachelor thesis is aimed to the theme of cross-border cooperation. The thesis is divided into several parts. The general theoretical frame of cross-border cooperation with legislative of the European Union, the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic is evaluated in the first and the second part.
