Cílem této diplomové práce bylo vytvořit systematický přehled studií, které se zabývaly porovnáním tělesné zdatnosti dospívající populace v časovém období před pandemií a během pandemie covid-19. Samotné studie byly vyhledány pomocí klíčových slov ve čtyřech online databázích. Jednalo se o PubMed, Web of Sience, Medline a SportDiscuss. The aim of this master's thesis was to create a systematic overview of studies that compared the physical fitness of the adolescent population during the period before the COVID-19 pandemic and throughout the pandemic.
