Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit relaxační a aktivizační pomůcky, ke kterým si osoba s mentálním postižením může vytvořit vztah. Teoretická práce se bude zabývat tématy relaxační a imaginativní techniky, stimulace osob s mentálním postižením a tím jak mohou dané techniky ovlivňovat jejich vnímání a prožívání. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create activating and relaxing aids, with which a person with a mental disability can create a relationship. This thesis will focus on themes of relaxation and imaginative techniques, stimulation on people with mental disabilities and how the thechniques can influence their perception and experience.
