The physical readiness level of the specialized mobile intervention officers at Václava Havla aiport in Prague compared to the airports security department

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fyzické způsobilosti policistů Inspektorátu cizinecké policie vykonávajících službu na mezinárodním letišti Václava Havla Praha. Fyzická způsobilost příslušníků dvou vybraných oddělení z různých výkonnostních skupin Inspektorátu cizinecké policie byla porovnávána na základě testů předepsaných pro přijetí do služebního poměru příslušníka PČR. Tyto testy jsou založeny na disciplínách jako jsou člunkový běh 4x10 m, klik - vzpor ležmo, celomotorický test a běh na 1000 m. Uvedené disciplíny si kladou za cíl prověření koordinačních, silových, rychlostních a vytrvalostních schopností přezkušovaných policistů. Požadavky na fyzickou výkonnost ve vybraných dvou výcvikových skupinách jsou fakticky rozdílné, a to z důvodu různých nároků souvisejících s povahou jejich výkonu služby.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of physical fitness of police officers of the Inspectorate of Foreign Police on duty at Václav Havel International Airport Prague. The physical fitness of members of two selected departments from different performance groups of the Inspectorate of Foreign Police was compared on the basis of tests prescribed by for admission to the service of a member of the Police of the Czech Republic. These tests are based on disciplines such as 4x10 m shuttle run, push-up - lying down, all-motor test and 1000 m run. These disciplines aim to test the coordination, strength, speed and endurance skills of the tested police officers. The physical performance requirements in the selected two training groups are in fact different due to the different requirements related to the nature of their performance of the service.
