Předmětem diplomové práce "Účinné formy motivace zaměstnanců" je analýza nástrojů používaných k řízení motivace zaměstnanců a jejich dopad na produktivitu podniku. První část shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o motivaci a jejím vlivu na výkon. Druhá část popisuje metody řízení pracovní motivace ve vybraném podniku a jejich vliv na spokojenost zaměstnanců. The goal of the submitted thesis: "Effective forms of employee's motivation" is to analyse methods of employee's motivation management and their influence to company's efficiency.
