Evolution of confectionery company Milano

Abstract:

Tématem této práce se autor zabýval z důvodu skutečnosti, kdy se celá tato práce zabývá rodinným podnikem autora, který je zároveň i jeho majitelem. Cílem této práce bylo poskytnout vhled do tématiky prostřednictvím teoretických východisek, analyzovat současný stav v konkrétním podniku a navrhnout soubor zlepšení v oblastech, kde byla tato potřeba identifikována. Subjektem kterým se tato práce zabývá, je podnik cukrárna s obchodním názvem Milano. V rámci podniku byla provedena anlýza nedostatků v jednotlivých oblastech, za pomoci metodiky subjektivního pozorování autora v závislosti na jeho vrcholové pozici v samotném podniku, a rovněž za prostřednictví interakcí se samotnými zákazníky a zaměsnatanci, jakož to i analýzy tržeb. Aanalytická část se zabívá identifikací jednotlivých nedostatků prostřednictvím výše uvedené metodiky, na zákaldě které byly tyto jednotlivé nedostatky označené za prioritní rozpracovány pro možnou identifkaci jejich příčin a zdrojů. Tyto nedostatky byly odhaleny v oblastech samotné existence podniku, jakož to rovněž i v jeho interním chodu. Návrhová část této práce je zaměřena na narhvoaná řešení jednotlivých identifikovaných nedostatků v daných oblastech, ve kterých byla tato potřeba identifikována, jakož to i varianty řešení pro potenicání projekt evoluce, který se zaměřuje na rozšíření působnosti na trhu přinesením nových ikonických výrobků podniku, který je navrhovaným řešením pro nedostatky identifikované v oblasti existence podniku. Výslednými závěry této práce jsou tedy podklady a know-how pro samotný podnik, na základě kterých může podnik vést svůj další budoucí vývoj, provoz a působnost, a které jsou podniku rovněž pro započetí dosahování svého potenicálu významě doporučeny

Abstract:

The author dealt with the topic of this work due to the fact that the whole work deals with the family business of the author, who is also its owner. The aim of this work was to provide insight into the topic through theoretical background, analyze the current situation in a particular company and propose a set of improvements in areas where this need was identified. The subject of this work is a confectionery company with the trade name Milano. Within the company, shortcomings were analyzed in individual areas, using the methodology of subjective observation of the author depending on his top position in the company itself, as well as through interactions with customers and employees, as well as sales analysis. The analytical part deals with the identification of individual shortcomings through the above methodology, on the basis of which these individual shortcomings were identified as a priority for the possible identification of their causes and sources. These shortcomings were revealed in the areas of the company's very existence, as well as in its internal operation. The design part of this work is focused on solutions to individual identified shortcomings in the areas in which this need was identified, as well as variants of solutions for the development of evolution project, which focuses on expanding the market by bringing new iconic products to the company, which is proposed solutions to the shortcomings identified in the existence of the company. The final conclusions of this work are therefore the background and know-how for the company itself, on the basis of which the company can lead its further future development, operation and scope, and which are also recommended to the company to begin achieving its potential.
