Myšice rodu Apodemus jsou běžné hlodavce obývající Palearktický region. Problémy mezidruhové variability a vztahů v rámci rodu nejsou navzdory významu zástupců (běžné hlodavce škodlivé v zemědělství a nesoucí zoonózy) dostatečně vyřešeny. Apodemus is common genus inhabiting the Palearctic region. Problem of interspecific variability of the genus is not sufficiently solved despite the importance of species (common pests carrying zoonoses).
