Seznámení s termínem film noir - jeho předpoklady, žánrová specifika a stylistická komplexnost. Vlivy sociálního a kulturního klimatu Ameriky čtyřicátých, a první poloviny padesátých let. Důraz bude v mé práci vedle rozboru vizuální stránky vybraných snímků kladen i na popis archetypů postav, především pak role žen. Getting familiar with the term "film noir" - presuppositions of its origin, genre specifics and stylistic complexity. Influences of America's social and cultural climate in 1940's and the first half of 1950's.
