Abstract:
Cílem práce je porovnání klasických pevných disků (SATA) s nově nastupujícími disky bez mechanických součástí (SSD). Porovnání zahrnuje jak šířku pásma (tj. rychlost čtení/zápisu v MB/s) tak i počet vstupně výstupních operací. Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to compare conventional hard disk drives (SATA) with emerging drives without mechanical parts (SSD). Comparison includes both bandwidth (ie the speed of read/write in MB/s) and the number of input/output operations.
