Mobbing as one of the forms of social conflict of discrimination in the hotel environment

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci diskutuji o takovém negativním jevu na pracovišti, jako je mobbing. Tento jev může být také někdy zmíněn v podobě psychického teroru nebo šikany na pracovišti. V teoretické části rozebírám základní informace o mobbingu, příčinách jeho vzniku, jeho principech, etapách, účastnících a důsledcích. V analytické části mé práce představuji výsledky a hodnocení dotazníkového šetření a rozebírám vstupní hypotézy. Cílem mé práce je zjistit, kdo je nejčastěji obětí mobbingu, kdo je jeho iniciátorem, kteří pracovníci se nejčastěji stávají oběťmi mobbingu, zjistit nejčastější projevy mobbingu, jeho důsledky а navrhnout možnosti jeho řešení. Následně předkládám způsoby, jak řešit problém mobbingu na pracovišti, navrhuji, jak se vyhnout vzniku mobbingu v práci a jak se má oběť v takové situaci chovat.

Abstract:

In my Master´s dissertation I discuss such a negative phenomenon in the workplace as mobbing. This phenomenon can also sometimes be mentioned in the form of psychological terror or bullying in the workplace. In the theoretical part I analyze basic information about mobbing, the causes of its origin, its principles, stages, participants and consequences. In the analytical part of my work I present the results and evaluation of the questionnaire survey and analyze the input hypotheses. The aim of my work is to find out who is most often a victim of mobbing, who is its initiator, which workers most often become victims of mobbing, to find out the most frequent manifestations of mobbing, its consequences and to suggest possible solutions. Subsequently, I present ways to solve the problem of mobbing in the workplace, I propose how to avoid the appearance of mobbing at work and how the victim should behave in such a situation.
