Diplomová práce se věnuje celoživotnímu vzdělávání porodních asistentek. Zaměřuje se na potřebu porodních asistentek se vzdělávat ve své profesi. The diploma thesis is devoted to lifelong education of midwives. It focuses on the need for midwives to educate themselves in their profession. The final thesis deals with possibilities and changes in education, professional organizations that are intended for professional support.
