Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou celoživotního vzdělávání u všeobecných sester. Celoživotním vzděláváním se rozumí průběžné obnovování, zvyšování, prohlubování a doplňování vědomostí, dovedností a způsobilosti a je povinné pro všechny zdravotnické pracovníky. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of lifelong learning in general nurses. Lifelong learning is defined as the continuous renewal, enhancement, deepening and completion of knowledge, skills and competencies and is mandatory for all health care professionals.
