Abstract:

Cílem této disertační práce je prozkoumat roli podnikatelských a technologických inkubačních center nacházejících se v severských zemích při regionálním rozvoji. Ve čtyřech hlavních zemích (Dánsko, Finsko, Norsko a Švédsko) byly zkoumány vnitřní činnosti, podpůrné mechanismy, výzvy, faktory úspěchu a přínos inkubačních center k regionálnímu hospodářskému rozvoji. Výsledkem bylo zjištění, jak jednotlivé země využívají své výhody v oblasti inovací a jaké jsou odlišující charakteristiky inkubátorů. Inkubační centra ve Švédsku, Norsku, Dánsku a Finsku podporují rozvoj start-upů a malých podniků a stimulují procesy inovací a hospodářského růstu. Výsledky studie ukazují, že tato centra přispívají nejen k vytváření pracovních míst, ale také k udržitelnému rozvoji prostřednictvím technologicky založených řešení. S ohledem na přínos inkubačních center k inovačně orientovanému regionálnímu rozvoji v severském regionu jsou ve studii uvedena užitečná doporučení i pro ostatní evropské země. V práci bylo zdůrazněno, že taková centra jsou důležitá pro jejich integraci do regionální ekonomiky, aplikaci moderních technologií, budování podnikatelských ekosystémů a zajištění udržitelného rozvoje. Bylo navrženo, že využití těchto poznatků by mohlo přispět k rozvoji dalších regionů.

Abstract:

The purpose of this dissertation is to investigate the role of business and technology incubation centers located in the Nordic countries in regional development. In four main countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden), internal operations, support mecahnisms, challanges, success factors and the contribution of incubation centers to regional economic development was studied. As a result, how each country supports its advantages in the field of innovation and the distinguishing features of incubators are identified. Incubation centers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland have supported the development of start-ups and small enterprises and stimulated the processes of innovation and economic growth. The results of the study show that these centers contribute not only to job creation but also to sustainable development through technology-based solutions. Considering the contribution of incubation centers to innovation-oriented regional development in the Nordic region, useful recommendations for other European countries are also provided. In the study, it was emphasized that such centers are important in terms of integrating them into the regional economy, applying modern technologies, building entrepreneurial ecosystems, and ensuring sustainable development. It was suggested that the use of these implications could contribute to the development of other regions.
