Záměrem bakalářské práce je přiblížení problematiky vývoje hypotečního trhu při regulaci České národní banky. Práce se zaměřuje na základní informace o bankovních produktech a specifikuje uvěrové ukazatele, které Česká národní banka využívá při regulaci. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to approach the issue of the development of the mortgage market during the regulation of the Czech National Bank. The work focuses on basic information about banking products and specifies the credit indicators that the Czech National Bank uses in regulation.
