Rights of passengers in air transport
Abstract:
Cílem práce je komplexní zpracování "přepravního práva" zaměřeného na leteckou dopravu a zařazení jednotlivých práv do souvislostí. Práce se bude zabývat regulací práv v letecké dopravě a praktickými možnostmi, kdy práva uplatnit. Práci bude tvořit také judikatura českých i mimočeských soudů.
Abstract:
The aim of the work is a comprehensive elaboration of "transport law" focused on air transport and the inclusion of individual rights in context. The work will deal with the regulation of rights in air transport and practical possibilities when to exercise the rights. The work will also consist of case law of Czech and non-Czech courts.
