Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá stavebnětechnickým průzkumem a návrhem rekonstrukce ploché střechy s hlavní hydroizolační vrstvou z asfaltových pásů. Diagnostika střechy byla provedena pomocí metody infračervené termografie. Jako doplňující metodou byla zvolena jiskrová zkouška. U obou metod měření se zkoumá, zda jsou vhodné pro měření na hydroizolaci z asfaltových pásů a zda metody měření ovlivňují klimatické podmínky. Stavebně technický průzkum je následně použit, jako podklad pro vypracování variant návrhů rekonstrukce. Nejlepší možná varianta je zpracována v projektové dokumentaci.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the structural engineering survey and the design of the reconstruction of a flat roof with the main waterproofing layer made of asphalt strips. The diagnosis of the roof was carried out using the method of infrared thermography. The spark test was chosen as a supplementary method. For both measurement methods, it is investigated whether they are suitable for measuring waterproofing from asphalt strips and whether the measurement methods influence climatic conditions. The building technical survey is subsequently used as a basis for developing variants of the reconstruction proposals. The best possible option is processed in the project documentation.
