Chronická lymfocytární leukémie (CLL) je nevyléčitelná malignita odvozená od B buněk s komplexní patogenezí, která zahrnuje chromozomální aberace, mutace ve specifických genech, deregulaci BCR signalizace a závislost CLL buněk na jejich mikroprostředí. Abstract:
Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is an incurable B cell derived malignancy with complex pathogenesis that includes chromosomal aberrations, mutations in specific genes, deregulation of BCR signalling, and dependency of CLL cells on their microenvironment.
