Benign mesenchymal tumours in oral cavity

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na benigní mezenchymové nádory v dutině ústní. Jsou zde popsány jednotlivé typy nádorů, jejich diagnostika, terapie a prevence. Důležitou součástí kvalitní diagnostiky je popis změn v dutině ústní, práce se zabývá detailním popisem extraorálního a intraorálního vyšetření, které je doplněno o vlastní fotografie. Praktická část se zabývá terapií benigního mezenchymového nádorového onemocnění a ošetřením pacienta s lymfangiomem. V příloze naleznete příklad anamnestického listu a manuál pro extraorální a intraorální vyšetření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on benign mesenchymal tumours in the oral cavity. It describes individual types of tumours, their diagnostics, therapy and prevention options. An important part of quality diagnostics is proper description of changes in the oral cavity. Papers look at the detailed description of extraoral and intraoral examination, which is complemented by photos. The practical part focuses on the therapy of benign mesenchymal cancer and treatment of a patient with lymphangioma. There is also an example of an anamnestic sheet and a guideline for extraoral and intraoral examination in the attachment of the thesis.
