The prevention of exploitation of the social benefits in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Sociální dávky jsou často diskutovaným tématem a tato diplomová práce se jím blíže zabývá. V teoretické části diplomová práce nastiňuje stručnou charakteristiku sociální politiky, na níž navazují kapitoly pojednávající o sociálním zabezpečení, dávkách státní sociální podpory a dávkách, jež jsou obsaženy v rámci systému sociální pomoci. Vyústěním teoretické části je kapitola o zneužívání konkrétně nepojistných sociálních dávek s obsažením pojednání o prevenci zneužívání prostřednictvím personálního posílení v oblasti nepojistných sociálních dávek. Záměrem diplomové práce je analýza oblasti sociálních dávek a prevence jejich zneužívání. K tomuto účelu poslouží praktická část, jejíž součástí je kvantitativní výzkum prováděný prostřednictvím dotazníků.

Abstract:

The topic of social benefits is very often discussed and this thesis takes a closer look at this topic. The theoretical part of the work briefly looks at the characteristics of the social policy and consequently the chapters about the national social provision, social benefits and social benefits included in the framework of social help. At the end of the theoretical part, there is a chapter about the exploitation of social benefits and statement about precaution, primarily in personal human resources in the area. Finally, the thesis analyses the social benefits, its exploitation and precaution. For this purpose, there is a practical part which composes of the quantitative research carried out by questionnaires.
