Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je program pro vyhledávání DNA sekvencí schopných tvořit triplexové struktury. Uvádí do problematiky triplexových struktur a dále se zabývá optimalizací a rozšířením programu triplex.
Abstract:
The subject of this work is a program for locating DNA sequences with the ability to form a triplex structure. It introduces into the topic of triplex structures and then focuses on optimization and extension of the program triplex.
