Folklore – artwork inspired by ornaments
Abstract:
Praktická (hlavní) část bakalářské práce se skládá ze šesti děl, znázorňujících šest lidových podlužáckých ornamentů, vytvořených na dřevěné desce pomocí vyplétání barevné vlny mezi hřebíky. Teoretická (doprovodná) část bakalářské práce se věnuje terminologii a přibližuje současné umělce, kteří se nechali inspirovat lidovým folklorním ornamentem nebo ho ve své práci přímo využívají.
Abstract:
The practical (main) part of my bachelor work consists of six works representing six folklore ornaments from the Podluží region created on a wooden board by weawing color wool between nails . The theoretical (accompanying) part deals with the terminology concerning the given theme.
