Předmětem této bakalářské práce je popis jednotlivých typů obchodních korporací a jejich statutárních orgánů. Práce se zabývá odpovědností za škodu dle dnes již neplatného obchodního zákoníku a současně platných právních předpisů zákona o obchodních korporacích, občanského zákoníku. The subject of this thesis is the description of individual types of business corporations and their statutory bodies. The thesis deals with liability for damage according to the now invalid Commercial Code and according to currently valid laws the Law on Business Corporations and the Civil Code.
