Cílem této práce je podat stručný přehled historie anorganických pigmentů od jejich prvního použití do nynější doby. Dále je zde věnována pozornost některým skupinám anorganických pigmentů označovaných jako "high performance". The aim of this paper is to give a brief overview of the history of inorganic pigments from their first use to the present time.
