Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu finanční výkonnosti odvětví stavebnictví v letech 2019-2021 ovlivněné pandemií covidu19. V práci jsou popsány vybrané modely pro analýzu vnějšího prostředí, rentability, likvidity, aktivity, zadluženosti, bonity, rizika bankrotu a metod mezipodnikového srovnání podniků z vybraného vzorku. The thesis analyses the financial performance of the construction industry in the years 2019-2021 influenced by the covid19 pandemic.
