Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit u seniorské populace, jaká je úroveň znalostí v poskytování první pomoci a jejich zájem k této problematice. Teoretická část je rozdělena do několika kapitol. První definuje období stárnutí, stáří a vymezení věkových kategorií u seniorů. Popisuje tělesné a psychické změny, které jsou s tímto obdobím spojeny. Změny v těchto oblastech jsou limitující při poskytování první pomoci. V další části se práce věnuje vymezením pojmů první pomoci, integrovanému záchrannému systému a charakterizuje jednotlivé postupy poskytování první pomoci při úrazech a náhlých příhodách typických pro starší věk. Je zmíněna také právní odpovědnost při neposkytnutí první pomoci. V rámci teoretické části jsou nastíněna specifika vzdělávání u seniorů. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou získaných dat od seniorské populace z dotazníkového šetření. Na základě zjištěných informací byl vytvořen teoretický podklad k realizaci přednášky pro seniory s ukázkami a možností praktického nácviku.

Abstract:

Aim of this bachelor thesis was to determine the level of knowledge of the senior population in the providers of first aid, their attitude and interest in this issue. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters. First defines the period of aging, old age and the definition of age categories for the seniors. It describes the physical and psychological changes, that are associated with this period. Changes, in these areas, limiting the provision of first aid. In the next part deals with the definitions of first aid, integrated rescue system and characterizes the various processes for the provision of first aid for injuries and sudden incidents typical of an older age. Mention is also a legal responsibility to provide the first aid. The theoretical part presents specifics of senior education. The practical part deals with the analysis of data obtained from the senior population of the survey. Based on the information created a theoretical basis for the implementation of lectures for senior citizens with the possibility of demonstrations and practical training.
