Cílem diplomové práce na téma Nepřímý (eventuální) úmysl ve světle trestního zákona a trestního zákoníku ČR (1961, 2009) byla především analýza pojmu eventuální úmysl ve všech jeho souvislostech. Důraz byl přitom kladen zejména na historický vývoj tohoto trestněprávního institutu, právní stav dle zákona č. 140/ 1961 Sb., trestní zákon, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a č. 40/2009 Sb., trestní zákoník …more
Abstract:
The thesis The alternative Mens Rea in the Light of the Penal Law and the Criminal Code CR (1961, 2009) deals with the alternative Mens Rea in all its aspects and focuses on comparison of 1961' Penal Law (of the Czech Republic) and the Criminal Code issued in 2009. The author also describes the historical context of alternative Mens Rea and legislation in other European countries.
