Analysis of Light Curves of Blazars
Abstract:
In the thesis, I deal with the processing and analysis of light curves of two blasars. The first blazar, labeled as 0716+714, and the second Markarian 421 were observed for one and two nights respectively. In the analysis, the frequency spectrum, the spectral index and the correlation (fractal) dimension, that should characterize possible chaotic behavior, were estimated. V této práci se zabývám zpracovaním a analýzou světelných křivek dvou blazarů, přičemž blazar s označením 0716+714 byl pozorovaný po dobu jedné noci a Markarian 421 po dobu dvou nocí. Při jejich analýze bylo určené frekvenční spektrum, spektrální index a korelační (fraktální) dimenze, která by měla charakterizovat případné chaotické chování.
