The use of cereals for the production of beverages
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím obilovin pro výrobu alkoholických i nealkoholických nápojů. Práce se zaměřuje na popis obilovin, morfologickou stavbu a složení obilného zrna. Dále se zabývá výrobou jednotlivých druhů nápojů. V závěrečné části jsou zhodnoceny účinky požívání alkoholu na lidský organismus.Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the use of cereals for the production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The work focuses on the description of cereals, morphological state and composition of cereal grain. It also deals with the production of individual types of drinks. In the final part the effects of alcohol consumption on human organism are evaluated.
