Abstract:
Úkolem této práce bylo vymezit pojem státního občanství, přičemž se neměl opomenout jeho mezinárodně právní rozměr. Práce se měla zabývat jednotlivými způsoby nabývání s důrazem na správní řízení o udělení státního občanství a faktické uplatňování jednotlivých institutů a současně se měla pokusit vystihnout základní problematické body, eventuálně navrhnout odpovídající řešení.

The objective of this thesis was to define the concept of citizenship, including its international legal dimensions. The thesis should have been focused on various ways of citizenship acquisition, laying emphasis on the administrative procedure for the granting of citizenship and factual application of individual institutes.
