Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížení podoby malých obcí do 2 000 obyvatel v České republice, rozdíly mezi obcemi velkými a malými, postavení starosty a místostarosty obce a popis získání mandátu. Dále se v bakalářské práci budu zabývat rozdíly mezi neuvolněným a uvolněným starostou obce. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to approach the appearance of small municipalities in the Czech Republic. Differences between large and small municipalities.
