Práce se zabývá aktuálním psychickým stavem hráček volejbalového extraligového družstva a jeho vlivem na výkon v zápase. Teoretická část se nejprve zabývá volejbalem, jeho pravidly, taktikou a nároky, které jsou kladeny na jednotlivé hráče a herní posty.
