Opinions of feminism among selected secondary school students and students of The Faculty of Arts and Philosophy at University of Pardubice

Abstract:

Tato práce, nazvaná Názory žáků vybraných středních škol a studentů Filozofické fakulty Univerzity Pardubice na feminismus, sestává ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní informace o tom, co pojem feminismus vyjadřuje. Dále je zaměřena na související témata, jako vývoj feministického hnutí, proměny modelu rodiny, rovnoprávnost pohlaví v pracovní sféře a prezentace ženy a feminismu v médiích. Druhou, praktickou část bakalářské práce tvoří kvantitativní výzkum s využitím dotazníkového šetření. Respondenty byli studenti Filozofické fakulty Univerzity Pardubice a žáci třetích a čtvrtých ročníků čtyřletého gymnázia. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu.

Abstract:

This thesis, which is called Opinions of feminism among selected secondary school students and students of The Faculty of Arts and Philosophy at University of Pardubice, consists of two parts. Theoretical part summarizes basic informations about what does concept of feminism express. It is also focused on related topics as evolution of the feminist movement, transformation of family, equality of rights between men and women in working environment and presentation of woman and feminism in the media. Practical part of bachelor thesis is made up of the quantitative research using a questionnaire as data colection instrument. Respondents were students of The Faculty of Arts and Philospohy at University of Pardubice and secondary school students. In the end of the thesis there is a summary of results of research.
