Comparation of Warsaw and London Stock Exchange
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá komparací historie a současnosti dvou prestižních evropských burz. Jedná se o polskou burzu cenných papírů ve Varšavě (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie) a burzu cenných papírů v Londýně (London Stock Exchange). Dále popisuje legislativu spojenou s burzovnictvím, organizační strukturu obou burz a porovnání finančních instrumentů na burzách obchodovaných.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on comparison of two prestige european stock exchanges in terms of its history and present. Compared are London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). Further describes stock exchanges legislation, organisational structure and comparison of financial instruments on both stock exchanges traded.
