Nová cesta k přípravě methyl-3-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiofen-2-karboxylátu, derivátu s významnou biologickou aktivitou. Jeho skelet je obsažen v řadě látek s antimikrobiálními, antimykobacteriálními, protizápalovými and protinádorovými vlastnostmi. A new facile synthesis of methyl-3-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxylate, the derivative with a significant biological activity. Its structural framework can be found in products with antimicrobial, antimycobacterial, anti-inflamatory and antitumor properties.
