Cílem této práce je analyzovat reengineering konkrétního procesu v podniku a jeho dopady. V první části práce budou vymezeny na základě odborné literatury klíčové pojmy a vztahy mezi nimi. The goal of submitted thesis: Business process reengineering (BPR) is to analyse concrete process reengineering and its impacts.
