Abstract:

Absolventská práce s názvem "Sociální práce v oblasti dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi" je zaměřená na sociální práci na Úřadu práce. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit rozsah práce s klientem u zaměstnanců hmotné nouze Úřadu práce. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část absolventské práce se orientuje na pozici sociálního pracovníka, jeho vzdělání a osobnostní předpoklady. Dále je zde popsána sociální práce na Úřadu práce, podmínky výkonu sociální práce a Instrukce č. 19/2016 vydaná Ministerstvem práce a sociálních věcí. Praktická část je rozčleněna na část metodologickou, analýzu a interpretaci dat, závěr výzkumu. V metodologii je vyslovena výzkumná otázka: „Do jaké míry mají sociální pracovníci hmotné nouze na Úřadu práce možnost pracovat s klientem ve stejném rozsahu, jaký je popsán v instrukci od MPSV? “ Výzkum byl realizován prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu a konkrétně přes polostrukturovaný rozhovor.

Abstract:

The thesis entitled "Social work in the field of benefits of assistance in material need" is focused on social work at the Labour Office. The main aim of this thesis is to find out the scope of work with the client by the employees of the material need of the Labour Office. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the graduate thesis focuses on the position of a social worker, his/her education and personal prerequisites. It also describes social work at the Labour Office, the conditions of social work and Instruction No. 19/2016 issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The practical part is divided into methodological part, data analysis and interpretation, and research conclusion. In the methodology, the research question is expressed: 'To what extent do social workers of material need at the Labour Office have the opportunity to work with the client in the same scope as described in the instruction from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs? " The research was conducted through qualitative research and specifically through semi-structured interviews.
