Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku trestné činnosti v dopravě s cílem popsat právní úpravu v této oblasti a případně upozornit na její nedostatky. V práci jsou uvedeny vybrané trestné činy, které úzce souvisejí s dopravou, zejména silniční. The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of traffic crime in order to describe the laws in this area and, if necessary, to draw attention to their shortcomings. The thesis contains selected crimes that are closely related to traffic, especially road traffic.
