Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o zakladatelském plánu a rozpočtu. V první části práce je vysvětlení všech klíčových pojmů a faktorů, které jsou nutné ke správnému sestavení rozpočtu. Práce obsahuje teoretickou část, ve které jsou vysvětleny funkce zakladatelského rozpočtu a možnosti jeho sestavení. V druhé části práce je na společnosti Prima Coffee s.r.o. prezentován samotný zakladatelský plán.

Abstract:

The Thesis will deals about the founder´s plan and budget. The main task if the Thesis is the explanation all key terms and factors which are necessery for proper budgeting. The work includes a theoretical part in which explain the fiction of the founder´s budget a possibilities of cretions it. The creationg of the report is presented on the example of the company Prima Coffee Ltd, in the second part of the thesis.
