Abstract:

Cílem své diplomové práce je analyzovat činnost HZS na místě mimořádné události, tedy na místě vzniku požárů, výbuchů, provozních havárií aj. V úvodu diplomové práce popíši vznik, složení a činnost HZS. Také pro lepší orientaci v daném tématu popíši, základní pojmy a terminologii užívanou při mimořádných událostech i popis jednotlivých složek IZS. Součástí závěrečné práce je i spolupráce HZS s ostatními složkami IZS a dalšími právnickými a fyzickými osobami. V návaznosti na naplnění cíle diplomové práce taktéž budu zkoumat druhy a příčiny vzniku požárů, metodiku vyšetřování požárů, zjišťování a zajišťování kriminalistických stop a následné vyšetřování vzniku požárů. Též je nutností neopomenout jaký význam má využití služebního psa při vyšetřování požárů. Součástí mé diplomové práce budou výzkumné otázky, které mi pomůžou zmapovat spolupráci ve složce HZS a také spolupráci s ostatními složkami IZS, právnickými a fyzickými osobami při mimořádné události i hypotéza, kterou definuji ve svém úvodu práce.

Abstract:

The aim of my thesis is to analyse the different operations carried out by the Fire Rescue Service (FRS) on sites of emergencies such as fires, explosions and other plant site accidents. The opening is dedicated to the founding, structure and operations carried out by the FRS. I will provide basic terminology used during emergencies and the description of each body operating within the Integrated Rescue System (IRS). Furthermore, I will discuss the cooperation between FRS and other IRS bodies, as well as between other legal and natural persons. As part of fulfilling the aim of my thesis, I will analyse the types and causes of fires, the methodology of investigating them, collection of evidence and the subsequent determination of the fire’s origin and cause. In addition, it is imperative to include the importance of using accelerant-detection dogs in fire investigations. Several research questions are included to help map out cooperation within the FRS and also with other IRS bodies, as well as legal and natural persons during emergencies. My research hypothesis is defined in the opening of my thesis.
