Political Budget Cycles. The Case of the Reserve of the Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic in 2006-2020
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis examines the issue of allocating subsidies from the reserve of the Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic through the prism of political budget cycles. This reserve has long been criticized for its non-transparent use. The financial volume and the total number of subsidies in the period 2006-2020 are monitored. Táto bakalárska práca skúma problematiku prideľovania dotácií z rezervy predsedu vlády Slovenskej republiky cez prizmu politických rozpočtových cyklov. Táto rezerva dlhodobo podlieha kritike kvôli jej netransparentnému využívaniu. Sledovaný je finančný objem a celkový počet dotácií v období 2006 – 2020.
