Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rozsáhlého výpadku elektrické energie v Pelhřimově. V práci je detailně popsána problematika rozsáhlého výpadku elektrické energie ve vybrané lokalitě. Dopady a krizová připravenost města ovlivňuje životy, zdraví osob, majetek a životní prostředí. Výpadek zasáhne i dodávku elektrické energie. Při výpadku elektrické energie, může nastat i riziko narušení veřejného pořádku a bezpečnosti. Cílem závěrečné práce byla analýza činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému při řešení výpadku elektrické energie ve vybraných lokalitách prostřednictvím dvou výzkumných otázek o připravenosti města Pelhřimov na mimořádnou/nenadálou událost. Případová studie předpokládala ovlivnění 1144 obyvatel při omezení dodávek na více než 24 hodin. Výpadek elektrické energie zasáhnul část města, ve které se nachází nemocnice, 295 obytných domů a 165 bytových jednotek nebo malé obchodní centrum. V důsledku výpadku el. energie byly analyzovány evakuační a logistické kapacity města při zajišťování životních potřeb obyvatel.

Abstract:

A bachelor thesis deals with the issue of a large power outage in Pelhřimov. The thesis describes in detail the issue of large-scale power outages in a selected location. Impacts and crisis preparedness (Readiness) of the city affects lives, human health, properties and the environment. The outage will also affect the supply of electricity. In the event of a power outage there is a risk of disruption of public order and security. The aim of the bachelor thesis has been analysis of the activities which are done through the components of the integrated rescue system during the power outage in selected area. Through the two research questions focused on the preparedness of the city Pelhřimov for extraordinary / sudden event. The case study counts with the fact that 1144 inhabitants would be affected by limited power supplies in the time frame of 24hours. The power outage affected the part of the city where the hospital is located, 295 residential buildings and 165 housing units or a small shopping center. Due to outage, the capacities for evacuation and logistical capacities of the city were analyzed to ensure the living needs of the inhabitants are covered.
