Abstract:

Téma mé bakalářské práce je Úloha radiologického asistenta při galiové scintigrafii u pacientů se sarkoidózou plic. Práce je dělena do dvou částí. První je část teoretická, která se zabývá popisem celkového tématu. Je v ní vystižena charakteristika nukleární medicíny, oboru radiologický asistent a základní informace o ionizujícím záření a radiační ochraně. Dále obsahuje teorii o onemocnění sarkoidózou a o vyšetření zvaném galiová scintigrafie. Část praktická podrobně popisuje úlohu radiologického asistenta při galiové scintigrafii. V této části je zahrnuta fotografická dokumentace.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is The role of radiological assistant during gallium scintigraphy in patients with lung sarcoidosis. The work is divided into two parts. The first is the theoretical part, which is about the description of the overall topic. It describes the characteristics of nuclear medicine, the field of radiological assistant and basic information about ionizing radiation and radiation protection. It also contains the theory of sarcoidosis and an examination called gallium scintigraphy. The practical part is about the role of the radiological assistant in gallium scintigraphy. Photographic documentation is included in this section.
