Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce nese název Efektivita různých operací pro descensus orgánů malé pánve po 4 a více letech od jejich provedení. Práce se zabývá operačními metodami při léčbě sestupu rodidel a jejich výsledky s odstupem 4 let od provedení operací. Jedná se o práci teoreticko-výzkumnou a je rozdělena na dvě části. První část je teoretická, která je zaměřena na stručnou anatomii malé pánve, spolu s funkcí a strukturou dna pánevního, dále se zaobírá definicí descensu orgánů malé pánve, jeho symptomatologií, diagnostikou, léčbou a komplikacemi. Dále jsou uvedeny výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých operací. Druhá část je zaměřena výzkum žen, u kterých byla provedena daná rekonstrukční operace, jejich spokojenost s výkonem a výskyt komplikací.

Abstract:

The efficiency of various operations for descensus of pelvic organs four and more years after their implementation This master thesis is called The efficiency of various operations descensus of pelvic organs four and more years after their implementation. The work deals with the surgical methods in the treatment of descent of genitals and their results after 4 years after the surgery. It's a work of theoretical research and is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, which focuses on a brief anatomy of the pelvis, along with the function and structure of the pelvic floor, then it deals with the definition of descensus of pelvic organs, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and complications. The next are the advantages and disadvantages of each part of operations. The second part focuses the research on women who had undergone reconstructive surgery given their satisfaction with the performance and incidence of complications.
