Management training - benefits and potential risks?

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the advantages and disadvantages of training managers on the basis of dealing with problem situations in favor of the selected company, leadership training for managers in order to most effectively manage problem situations in business for achieving the strategic goal set. The first chapter is mainly focused on the theoretical definition of the problem, defines manager and his training, their importance, how to implement them most effectively. The second chapter analyzes the company Telefónica O2 Slovakia, sro. This chapter is dismantled essence of management training and education companies, as they help to develop managers and economic growth. Furthermore, we have in this chapter focus on the differences between internal and external training companies, their advantages and disadvantages in addressing strategic objectives respectively of problem situations, as well as more divorced and type of training, and they bring the biggest positives for the manager and his company. The third chapter offers suggestions for improving the training program training companies.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá výhodami a nevýhodami vzdelávania manažérov na základe riešenia problémových situácií v prospech vybranej spoločnosti. Rozpracujeme vedenie tréningov pre manažérov, aby čo najefektívnejšie mohli zvládať problémové situácie v podniku. Podstatným cieľom vzdelávania manažérov je dosiahnutie stanoveného strategického cieľa. Prvá kapitola je zameraná hlavne na teoretické vymedzenie problematiky, definuje pojem manažér a jeho tréningy, ich význam pre podnik, a ako tieto tréningy implementovať čo najefektívnejšie. Druhá kapitola analyzuje spoločnosť Telefónica O2 Slovakia, s.r.o.. V tejto kapitole je rozobraná podstata manažérskych tréningov a vzdelávacích spoločností, to ako pomáhajú rozvíjať manažérov a ekonomický rast spoločnosti. Ďalej sme sa v tejto kapitole zamerali na rozdiely medzi internými a externými vzdelávacími spoločnosťami, na ich výhody a nevýhody pri riešení strategických cieľov, respektíve problémových situácií, tak isto sú bližšie rozvedené aj druhu školení, a ktoré z nich prinášajú najväčšie pozitíva pre manažéra a jeho spoločnosť. Tretia kapitola prináša návrhy pre zlepšenie tréningového programu vzdelávacích spoločností.
