Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ověření použitelnosti Glasgow-Blatchford skóre pro predikci závažnosti krvácení do horní etáže gastrointestinálního traktu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku krvácení do horní etáže gastrointestinálního traktu a skórovací systémy hodnotící závažnost tohoto krvácení. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on verifying the applicability of the Glasgow-Blatchford score for predicting the severity of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. The theoretical part is focused on the theoretical background of upper GI bleeding and describes the available scoring systems for the severity of the bleeding.
