Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na transplanatce tkání a orgánů z právního pohledu. V práci je proveden rozbor platné právní úpravy v České republice a dále se autorka zaměřuje na problematické otázky z právního hlediska v oboru transplatologie - odběr tkání a orgánů ze zemřelého a ze živého dárce, Transplatační zákon, zdravotní registry související s transplatacemi a černý trh s orgány.

The theme of the graduation thesis is The Transplantation and its Legal Effects in the Czech Republic. The author focuses on major issues in the field of the transplantation - the Czech Act of Transplantation, the opinions of specialists about the Czech legal regulations, removing of tissues and organs after death and during life, the transplantation health registers and the black market of organs …more
