Ways of dealing with regional unemployment in the district administrative units of Žďár nad Sázavou

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje nezaměstnanosti v okresu Žďár nad Sázavou. Pracuje s časovým intervalem, který je vymezený lety 2005 – 2014. Jejím hlavním cílem je zmapovat a zhodnotit nezaměstnanost správních celků dané oblasti a navrhnout její ře-šení. Informačními zdroji byly především publikace věnující se problematice nezaměst-nanosti, legislativní předpisy a odborné weby. Tato diplomová práce obsahuje analýzu ukazatelů týkajících se problematiky nezaměstnanosti doplněnou o ekonometrické pre-dikce ukazatele podílu nezaměstnaných osob. Dále je v ní vypracována analýza zachy-cující u jednotlivých správních celků okresu Žďár nad Sázavou historický vývoj, geo-grafickou polohu, dopravní infrastrukturu, demografii, strukturu podnikatelské činnosti, profesní rozložení obyvatelstva a politický vývoj. Kromě jiného předložená diplomová práce nabízí komparaci, zhodnocení a řešení otázky nezaměstnanosti ve správních cel-cích okresu Žďár nad Sázavou. Výsledkem jsou doporučení, která by měla pomoci snížit nezaměstnanost v daných regionech a zároveň zabránit jejich další diverzifikaci.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with unemployment in the district Žďár nad Sázavou. It works with the time interval which is defined by years 2005 – 2014. Its main purpose is to monitor and evaluate the unemployment administrative units of the area and propose its solutions. The information resources were mainly publications dealing with the issue of unem-ployment, legislative regulations and professional websites. This thesis contains the analysis of indicators to the issue of unemployment supplemented by the econometric predication of indicator of proportion of unemployed persons. Further, there is analysis of the historical development, the geographical position, the transportation infrastruc-ture, the demography, the business structure, the professional distribution of population and the political development for individual administrative units of the district Žďár nad Sázavou. Among other, this thesis offers comparison, evaluation and solution of unem-ployment in individual administrative units of the district Žďár nad Sázavou. The results are recommendations that should help reduce unemployment in the regions and they should also avoid further diversification.
