Wood-decaying fungi of urban habitats in the Ostrava region and utility of molecular methods for their identification
Abstract:
Na lokalitách Vratimov a zámecký park v Paskově byla provedena inventarizace mykoflóry. V letech 2016-2017 bylo zaznamenáno celkem 185 dřevin napadených dřevokaznou houbou. Z celkového počtu 228 nálezů bylo identifikováno 34 druhů a 31 rodů dřevokazných hub. Nejčastěji vyskytujícími se druhy byly Daedaleopsis confragosa, Phellinus igniarius s. l., Bjerkandera adusta a Trametes versicolor. Zaznamenán …more
Abstract:
The mycoflora research was conducted in the Vratimov city and chateau park Paskov. There were found 185 trees infected by wood-decaying fungi. From the total of 228 findings there were 34 species and 31 genera of fungi identified.
