Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá "Mírou informovanosti pacientů s implantovaným portem." Obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je složena ze dvou hlavních kapitol. První kapitola je věnována problematice portového systému a druhá kapitola obsahuje informace, týkající se poskytování informací ve zdravotnictví. Empirická část se skládá z kvantitativního výzkumu, který probíhal formou dotazníkového šetření u pacientů s implantovaným portem. V této části hodnotím a zjišťuji míru informovanosti pacientů, způsob jakým získávají informace, výskyt komplikací a spokojenost pacientů se zavedeným portem. V závěru práce je uvedené celé její zhodnocení.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the ?Level of awareness of patients with implanted port?. It contains teoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is composed of two main chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the issue of port system and the second chapter contains information relating to the provision of information in health care. The empirical part consists of quantitative research that was conducted through a questionnaire survey of patients with an implanted port. In this section I examine and judge the level of awareness of the patients, the way they acquire information, occurrence of complications and satisfaction of the patients with implanted port. The whole evaluation of the work is given in the conclusion.
